Large Area SC Plate CVD 6.0x6.0mm, 1.2mm thick, P2

These samples are grown by our Chemical Vapour Deposition (CVD) synthesis processes, and are grown to a larger area, up to 8x8mm plates, and 1.2mm in thickness

These plates may be used in mechanical, optical, thermal management, electrochemistry, radiation detection, and quantum applications

These CVD single crystal plates with edge lengths 6.0 mm to 8.0 mm are supplied with 2 polished {100} faces and <110> edges
